1. Data controller

2. Data processed and purpose
- Investors' portal. Name, email address and password (stored in encrypted form) of the invited persons, as well as information on the transactions in which they participate. Purpose: to manage access to the portal and the contractual relationship with the investor.
- Inquiries by email or WhatsApp. The data the person provides when making contact (name, telephone number, email and content of the message). Purpose: to handle the inquiry.
- Interest in a transaction. When the investor expresses interest in an opportunity from the portal, that request is recorded in order to handle it.
3. Legal basis
The performance of the contractual relationship or of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject, the data subject's consent when contacting the company, and the legitimate interest in maintaining the security of the website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018.
4. Retention
Data is kept for as long as the relationship with the data subject lasts and, thereafter, for the periods required by applicable law in order to address any liabilities.
5. Recipients
Data is not disclosed to third parties except where legally required. It is accessed, as processors, by the providers that provide services to the company (web hosting, email and data storage), with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
6. Cookies
This website uses a technical session cookie (wallest_sid), necessary to keep the session open in the investors' portal, which is deleted when the browser is closed. It also uses the browser's local storage to remember your choice about cookies (wallest_cookies).
Only if the user clicks "Accept" in the notice, and only on the public pages, Google Analytics 4 analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*; provider Google LLC; duration of up to 2 years) are installed, with anonymized IP address, in order to understand the use of the site in aggregate form. The investors' portal is not measured. No advertising cookies are used. The user may change their choice at any time from Cookie preferences; if they decline, any analytics cookies already installed are deleted. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards provided for by law.
7. Rights
Data subjects may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to inversores@wallest.pro, enclosing a copy of an identity document. If they consider that the processing does not comply with the regulations, they may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
